Science Facilities Project

Cornell announced our $35 million Science Facilities Project on Feb. 14, 2017. The project was completed and dedicated on October 26, 2019.

Cornell’s Science Facilities Project consisted of the construction of the Russell Science Center for our Biology and Chemistry programs, renovation of West Science for our programs in Physics and Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics and Statistics, and renovation of portions of Law Hall to create a centralized and modern home for our Kinesiology program.

"The technology of sciences has necessitated a building with multi-functional enhanced use and we have it now. Enjoy and excel!"
