Endowed Scholarships

Endowed scholarships can be named in honor or memory of loved ones or favorite faculty. Students receiving support from an endowed scholarship are asked to write an annual letter to the donor or their heirs, expressing their gratitude and the ways in which the scholarship is helping them achieve their goals.

Keeping a Cornell education as affordable as possible will continue to be one of the college’s highest priorities, so that every student, regardless of their ability to pay, can benefit from the life-changing experience on the Hilltop. Endowed support for scholarships and financial aid are a key component in achieving this goal.
